They're either doing one hell of a lot of business (lots of website hits) or they have put in some very bad software. For about a month now-I have had troubles off and n loggin in to their site.
I like this book very much, but this is getting OLD!
I read where Belize has electricity problems on a regular basis.

Has anyone heard a reason why they are still down? This is getting to the point where Im thinking of pulling out my funds and going elsewhere. i like their horserace book but its no good when you cant play.

What a joke - It wouldn't be quite so bad if their customer service reps acted like they gave a crap. 9:15 EST and Still Down - My full time wagering goes straight back to the Greek!!

The reason I stay are two of the most important reasons in the World. 1. They paid me QUICKLY-No IF ANDS or BUTS OR speaking to ANYONE! 2. They answer emails lightning fast.

About the V-chips---I never heard so much about getting a lousy $100. from V chips to dollars to PayPal-- Every Tom Dick and Harry not to mention al the women's names get involved! Whew--Makes me tired to think about it.

Oldmantime - I absolutely agree on both of your points but... their software in consistentaly down AND the customer service reps have horrible attitudes. It shouldn't be too much to ask to have the site up and the reps. be more accommodating in poor circumstances ??

Even though carib is a great book, if this trend continues with their software they will be the next book to go under due to massive account closings.
